Do I need a VPS or a PC left on?
No. Your robot runs on EA APEX servers. Your phone only controls it, so you can lock it or close the app and trading carries on.
Will it touch trades I open by hand?
No. EA APEX only manages the trades it opened itself, marked with your robot's name. Anything you place manually is never closed.
What happens if the connection drops?
The session reconnects and resumes automatically. Your robot keeps running on our servers in the meantime.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (EFT) into our Capitec account, from this site or the app, or in the app by Bitcoin or USDT. Send your proof of payment on WhatsApp and your access is added once the payment is confirmed.
